So, you want to know all about the River Legacy...

Once shrouded in mystery and popping into the lime-light once a year at the annual Dee Tour, we are now involved with the organisation of several big events during the paddling calender.

We've put together a few pages to explain what we're all about, including a bit of background stuff on our convoluted history and some details of our aims & objectives. You'll also be able to find out how we've already helped improve facilities for paddlers on a local scale in one area of south Wales, as well as promoting the gathering of paddlers from all over the country at the various events we run.

We hope these pages make our mission a bit clearer and that people gain a greater understanding of how much organisation, dedication and energy goes in to making these things happen. It's something we'd like to be better at and we are always looking to improve.
